Guidelines for shooting at AllSet

Important Note on Crew Size

  • Our studio is strictly meant for a crew of up to 10–12 people (excluding AllSet attendants).

  • If your team exceeds 12 people, an additional charge of ₹500 per extra person will apply.

  • Kindly inform us in advance if you're expecting a larger crew, so we can plan accordingly.

Payment & Booking

  • Payment Terms: 50% advance to block your date. Remaining 50% must be cleared within 3 days post-shoot.

Rental Timing

  • Rental starts at the scheduled call time or when the first team member enters, whichever is earlier.

  • Rental ends when the last person exits. Please account for setup/pack-up in your booking.

  • A 20–30 min grace period is allowed for pack-up. Exceeding this incurs hourly charges.

Inclusions & Extras

  • Lights, cameras, paper & cloth backdrops are not included in the studio rental and are billed separately.

Studio Use & Etiquette

Cleanliness & Conduct

  • Remove footwear when entering. Models on camera may wear clean shoes—please wipe them down.

  • Do not stand on furniture—damage fees apply.

  • Lift furniture when moving—dragging causes damage.

  • Dispose garbage properly. Improper disposal may result in a ₹2000 cleaning fee.

Prohibited Items & Activities

  • No paint, powder, confetti, flour, smoke machines, fireworks, or fire unless approved in advance.

  • No wall damage—including painting, drilling, adhesives, or removing fixtures.

  • No open-flame candles unless in covered holders.

  • Shoots inside bathrooms require prior written approval.

Damage & Cleaning

  • Damage to any studio property will be charged at actual cost.

  • A ₹2000 cleaning fee applies if:

    • The space is left dirty

    • There are stains/residue

    • F&B shoots are done without protective cover

  • If using messy props like feathers or fake snow, book an extra hour for cleanup—or charges will apply.

Facilities & Amenities

  • Two bathrooms (men/women).

  • CCTV installed (excluding restrooms) for safety.

  • Studio capacity limits:

    • Client+ agency: up to 12 people

    • In house team: up to 5 people

    • Cleaning team - 2

Parking

  • Free parking is available around the studio.

  • Do not block gates or buildings—you may be fined.

  • No generator parking in front of the studio. Only small generators (up to X kVA) permitted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • AllSet offers studio credit only for cancellations—no refunds.

  • Cancel/reschedule 24+ hrs in advance for full credit (subject to availability).

  • Less than 24 hrs notice: 50% credit.

  • No-shows receive no credit.
