Frequently Asked Questions
Are props and equipment included in the studio rent?
We have flexible packages: just space, space+ props and also 2 lighting packages.
Can we paint the studio?
Unfortunately, we do now allow painting of the walls or any drilling of nails.
Can you design the set for us as per our moodboard?
If you want a specific set designed we can appoint our in house art director. It will be a seperate cost.
Can we bring our own props from outside?
Yes, of course.
Can we shoot outside on the street/ patio?
All shoot must be strictly within the premises of the studio.
Can we shoot early morning or late night?
Since the studio is located in a residential area, all shoot must happened between 8am and 9 pm.
Can we bring a generator van?
No, the studio is not suitable for shoots requiring a generator van
What crew size can the studio accommodate?
Our studio is idea for digital size of a crew seize under 15. Not ideal for large production with film cameras.
Does the studio have a kitchen set?
All Set doesnt have a kitchen set. However 4Burner Studio, our sister concern is ideal for shoots involving kitchen set and cooking requirement.

The crew size should not exceed 15 people at any time.

No Shoes Inside
This is a no-shoes studio. Please leave your shoes outside. We recommend bringing indoor slippers or socks. Bathroom slippers will also be provided if needed.
No Loud Noises
This is a residential area, so please do not make loud noises and respect the fellow residents.
Please segregate the waste accordingly in the bins and do not litter inside the studio or outside the compound
